Some photos from our Trout Unlimited Chapter's first workday for this year on Pennypack Creek in Lorimer Park Saturday, June 18, 2005.

About a dozen members come out to work on another log and rock stream diverter structure on the far side of the stream. Again we were fortunate to have Jay and his young crew to help us as part of their public service obligation. The work was slow due to the logistics of logs and rocks, but the group made a dent in establishing the foundation of the log structure and the movement of all the rocks and stones that were on hand. We expect that the next month's workday we would be able to fill in and complete this current structure.

Thanks to all the members that came out and to Jay's crew. The members that took part were Mike Wilson (the project leader), Denis Mora and his son Spencer, Dennis O'Gara and his son Ryan, Richard Ulrych, Rich Cegielkowski, Walt Kononenko, Rich Terry and Joe Veasy.
